Tour with average diffi culty grade, no challenging technique. Short uphill and downhill on different ground surface. At the end an interesting downhill from Lajen/Laion to Klausen/Chiusa.

From Klausen/Chiusa (Gries, 525 m) towards north on the road until the bus stop Villnöss / Funes. Turn right and uphill for ca. 4 km in the Villnöss valley until Hotel Stern in Mittermühl. Turn right, cross the wooden bridge and continue on a forest road to the old Heilbad Froi. Follow sign 7a towards Hotel Gnollhof (1.146 m). After ca. 200 m turn left and continue on forest road no. 7 until Refuge Amberghütte. Return to the intersection and continue on trail no. 7 towards Tuffwald forest. On trail no. 35 to Lajen/Laion (1.112 m). Downhill following sign no. 5 to Albions (890 m) and back on the road until Klausen/Chiusa.
